Terms of Service

Last updated: June 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Solverify (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of such modifications.

2. Service Description

Solverify provides automated CAPTCHA solving infrastructure and related API services. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our API for legitimate data processing and automation tasks. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal activities or to disrupt the integrity of third-party systems.

3. User Obligations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API keys and account credentials. You agree to be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the Service or its related infrastructure.

4. Payment and Credits

Services are provided on a prepaid or subscription basis. Credits purchased are non-transferable. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. You are responsible for all charges incurred under your account.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. Solverify shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.

6. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. If your account is terminated due to a violation, you forfeit any remaining balance.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the irrevocable nature of our digital services (API access and computational resources), all sales are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds for any reason once a payment has been made. To ensure our service meets your needs, we provide free trial credits to new users for testing purposes. We strongly encourage you to use these credits to fully evaluate the performance and compatibility of our API before making a purchase.

8. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service only for lawful workflows where you have the necessary authority to send automated requests, process data, and integrate with the target systems involved. You must not use Solverify to commit fraud, distribute malware, compromise accounts, bypass access controls without permission, overload third-party infrastructure, or violate applicable laws and platform rules. We may restrict or terminate access when usage creates security, abuse, payment, or operational risk.

9. API Keys, Limits, and Results

API keys are account credentials and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for configuring your applications to respect account balance, thread limits, endpoint rate limits, request validation rules, and documented polling behavior. Task results may vary because challenge providers, target pages, proxy quality, and payload details can change outside our control. You are responsible for validating results before using them in downstream systems.

10. Service Availability

We work to keep the API available and performant, but maintenance, network issues, provider changes, abuse mitigation, payment provider outages, and force majeure events may interrupt or degrade the Service. Status information is provided for transparency and monitoring, but it does not create a guarantee that every request, challenge type, target website, or third-party dependency will be available at all times.

11. Changes and Support

We may update these Terms, pricing, documentation, supported challenge types, or API behavior as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected through the website, dashboard, documentation, or direct support communication where appropriate. Questions about these Terms, account access, billing, or service operation can be sent through the support channel linked in the site footer.
